BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — All Kern County libraries are inviting the public to honor Kern County veterans with their annual Thank-A-Vet Art Card Project until Nov. 1.
The community can stop by any Kern County library during business hours to create handmade cards and messages for Kern County veterans.
