Lowcountry community members show their support to those undergoing chemotherapy

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – Volunteers put together care packages for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy today at Roper St. Francis.

Chemotherapy has various effects on patients, from hair loss to painful skin changes. A goal of the drive is to show cancer patients that they are not alone and give them the support they need while undergoing treatment.
