CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Downtown Clarksville was filled with candy booths, creative costumes and large crowds as the streets transformed for the 16th Fright on Franklin. The annual Halloween event brought families downtown to trick-or-treat with local businesses and organizations.
Businesses, vendors and organizations lined Franklin Street, Public Square and Strawberry Alley, handing out candy and promotional items from decorated booths.
