Severe storms continue for the coast until 7 a.m.

HOUSTON (CW39) – Stay weather alert Saturday as storms continues to move through at different times today. Severe Thunderstorm Warnings were issued during the overnight hours into Saturday morning and remained in effect until 4:30 a.m. for Brazoria, Matagorda, Fort Bend, and Jackson counties. Winds up to 60 mph possible. Tornado still can’t be ruled out.

The warning for Wharton County has been cancelled as storms move east.
