Man falls through animal shelter ceiling in Phoenix during vandalism investigation

PHOENIX — A man was arrested after crashing through the ceiling of Maricopa County Animal Care and Control’s West Shelter in Phoenix on Friday.

He fell while deputies with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office were investigating a shattered window and blood on the door handles, according to MCACC spokesperson Kim Powell.
