FIRST ALERT: A Wet and Cool last week of October across the Lowcountry!

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – Wet weather and cooler temperatures will trickle in for the upcoming week as a storm system pushes towards the Lowcountry!

Cloudy conditions expected to round out the weekend with a few pop-up showers possible through the afternoon. Winds pick up later today with gusts up to 20MPH as an area of low pressure starts to form near the coastline. A HIGH risk of rip currents is in effect until 8PM this evening.

Monday looks to be the wettest day with widespread rain and gusty winds at times. Unsettled weather should continue into midweek with spotty showers remaining possible…
