PALM HARBOR, Fla. – A Palm Harbor man operating an electric bicycle was killed early Sunday morning after colliding with a car on U.S. 19, according to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP).
The fatal crash occurred at approximately 12:25 a.m. at the intersection of U.S. 19 and Cypress Drive.
FHP investigators state that a 60-year-old Palm Harbor man was traveling westbound on Cypress Drive on an electric bicycle. At the same time, a Kia Optima, driven by a 36-year-old Holiday woman, was heading northbound on U.S. 19…
