Multiple bullets shot into residence, weapon of mass destruction tied

RURAL HALL — A Walnut Cove man was arrested and charged with multiple offenses earlier in the month after a weapon of mass destruction was found on his property. That subsequent arrest has led to more and more charges stemming from around the same time frame in Forsyth County.

On Oct. 10, the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 1100 block of Pullman Drive in Rural Hall after a vandalism report which included “multiple bullets being shot into the residence” stated a release from the sheriff’s office.

“Working in conjunction with King Police Department and utilizing the latest technology in forensics, it was determined that this incident was related to a similar incident at the Walmart in King. Investigators with both agencies determined that these incidents were suspected to be in retaliation to the suspect’s girlfriend being fired from her employer.”…
