HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — Friday’s Hometown Heroes are renaming an award after our late colleague, Soni Dimond.
Dimond started her television career at abc27 News in 1978. Before she passed in January, she came back as co-host of Good Day PA.
She was the very first keynote speaker for the Central Pennsylvania Conference for Women 12 years ago. It’s next conference is next Thursday, and the group’s prestigious lifetime achievement award has been renamed the Soni Dimond Lifetime Achievement Award…
