ALLENTOWN, Pa. – A new eatery is spicing up the Lehigh Valley’s dining scene.
The first Lehigh Valley location of Equis Pica Pollo, a fast-casual concept specializing in Dominican fried chicken, opened Saturday at 513 N. Seventh St. in Allentown, a manager said.
To celebrate its opening, the restaurant is offering a free piece of fried chicken to all guests this weekend.
Around 20 Equis Pica Pollo locations operate throughout the Northeast, including several restaurants in New York City and other locations in New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Pennsylvania…
