“Wicked,” the story of the players in Frank Baum’s wonderful world of Oz, told mostly through the eyes of the Wicked Witch of the West, is having a watershed moment.
The musical, which has toured at Proctors Theatre in 2009, 2012 and 2017, is returning to the Schenectady venue for a run coinciding with the show’s Broadway premiere 23 years ago. It kicks off its stay at Proctors on Wednesday and runs through Nov. 9.
