BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A 7-year-old child was shot while riding in a car with family in North Baltimore on Saturday evening, leaving the community in shock.
The child, described by police as an innocent victim, survived the incident, but an unidentified man was killed. It remains unclear if the man was the intended target.
