DECATUR, Ala. (WAFF) – The annual River Clay Fine Arts Festival in Decatur was canceled on Sunday due to the threat of high winds.

Organizers made a statement on their Facebook page announcing the cancellation and saying they want to be cautious and put the safety of their guests and artists first.
