Bellow Butcher Co., a new family-owned butcher shop and gourmet deli, opens Oct. 28 at 11 a.m. on Main Street in historic downtown Wendell.
Founded by fine-dining chefs Chris and Lauren Gass, the shop offers premium steaks, authentic Japanese A5 Wagyu, and high-quality local meats, along with gourmet deli sandwiches, house-made pimento boards, and charcuterie selections.
