SAN ANTONIO, Texas — The Millsaps men’s soccer team put up a valiant effort, falling 3-1 to No. 16 Trinity University. Despite the loss, Millsaps played with a chip on their shoulders as a unit against their conference contenders on Sunday at Paul McGinlay Field.
Trinity (13-1, 6-0 SAA) entered as the No. 16 team in the NCAA Division III National Power Index, but got all they could handle from visiting Millsaps (7-7-2, 1-5 SAA).
