Law enforcement seized a large quantity of methamphetamine and marijuana and arrested an alleged drug dealer last week during a raid on his Bath home.
Kevin C Kratzer, 60, is charged with two counts felony possession with intent to deliver controlled substances; three counts misdemeanor drug possession; and one count misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
