BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBMA) — Drivers in Birmingham are seeing a small break at the pump this week.
According to GasBuddy’s latest survey of 550 stations, the average price of gasoline in Birmingham fell 4.7 cents per gallon over the past week, now averaging $2.65 per gallon. That’s 10.6 cents lower than a month ago and 8.8 cents cheaper than this time last year.
The cheapest gas in Birmingham was reported at $2.39 per gallon, while the most expensive hit $3.58, a difference of $1.19. Statewide, prices ranged from $2.29 to $3.58 per gallon…
