A woman is in police arrest following a gunshot in the parking lot of an Upstate grocery store earlier this week. The Fountain Inn Police Department responded to the Food Lion on North Main Street at 5 p.m. on Wednesday.
Upon arrival, officers discovered that both the suspect and the victim had fled the scene. They then discovered that a man had been sent to the hospital with gunshot wounds.
The Police Department today reports that 57-year-old Lara Golden Allen has been detained in connection with the incident. She is accused with attempted murder, shooting into a vehicle, and a weapons offense…
