(WSPA) – Widespread rain is expected throughout the day in the Upstate and mountains with heavy downpours at times.
Rain is expected to continue through the evening then will gradually wind down overnight with a few showers lingering into Tuesday morning.
Areas of the Upstate and western North Carolina could see between 1.5″ and 2″ of rainfall.
