Starting in early November 2025, appraisers from the Clackamas County Assessment & Taxation Department will reappraise residential properties and lots in Canby, nearby rural areas, Gladstone, and a small part of Tualatin within Clackamas County. The process will take six to eight weeks, depending on the weather.
The purpose is to keep property and land records up to date for accurate assessments. Appraisers will usually work from their vehicles and take photos. Homeowners do not need to take any action.
