BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — A couple has embarked on a new chapter in their lives by getting married inside the iconic Woolworth’s, which just reopened this past weekend.
The courthouse was unable to perform a ceremony on the day, but it did issue their marriage certificate.
This led the couple to the idea of holding their wedding at Woolworth’s. The building’s owner performed the ceremony.
