Man acquitted of hitting woman with motorcycle helmet

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man who was accused of hitting a woman with a motorcycle helmet and punching her in the face was acquitted last week of misdemeanor battery.

A jury found Brian Ulrich not guilty Thursday following a trial presided over by Superior Court Judge Chad Louie, according to court records.
