More details have been released by the Christian County Sheriff’s Department on a fatal head-on collision that happened on Lovers’ Lane Friday night.
According to the collision report, it happened at approximately 9:40 p.m. when a vehicle driven by 42-year-old Douglas Jones of Hopkinsville was heading eastbound in the 1700 block of Lovers’ Lane, when he went off the right side of the roadway.
That’s when he reportedly struck a vehicle head-on that was stationary and out of the roadway, in a driveway and at a mailbox…
