Illegal street racing: Injured driver in custody after crashing into 10 cars

CLEVELAND (WJW) – The Cleveland Division of Police is investigating a case of illegal street racing that leaders called careless and dangerous.

In total, 10 vehicles were significantly damaged just after midnight Saturday near East 93rd Street and Crane Avenue.
