MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile Police Department officers have arrested a man after a crash Sunday night left a boy dead.

According to an MPD news release, 30-year-old Franklin Oriel Fajardp-Arana was arrested on Oct. 27 and charged with DUI manslaughter.
Officials said the crash happened just after 3 p.m. on Oct. 26 in the area of Michael Boulevard and Montlimar Drive.
The release said a Toyota Corolla and a Toyota 4Runner had crashed into each other, causing the 4Runner to flip onto its side.
The passenger in the 4Runner was pronounced dead, according to officials.
