RICHMOND, Va. — Tonight will be cloudy and cool with lows in the 40s across central Virginia. Showers will continue along the Virginia/North Carolina line with light rain possible as far north as Richmond by sunrise.
The best chance for rain Tuesday will be south of Richmond, but scattered light rain showers will be possible in the river city. Wednesday will be variably cloudy and continued cool, with patchy light rain and/or drizzle.
