CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) — There was a heavy law enforcement presence in the Highlands neighborhood Monday night.
WSAV had a crew on the scene of Highlands Crossing and Montrose Avenue. Several law enforcement agencies were on the scene including Savannah Police, Chatham County Police and Georgia State Patrol.
