Well, If you’re trick-or-treating in El Paso this Halloween, you can rest easy because there’s a new study by Action Network that just ranked El Paso as the #2 safest city in America for Halloween 2025 which means parents can take their little ones trick-or-treating without having to worry!
According to the Trick-or-Treat Risk Index (which, yes, is apparently a real thing), El Paso’s chances of a Halloween-related incident are just 11%, compared to the 35% national average. This means that El Paso is nearly three times safer than the average U.S. city on Halloween night.
