A Springfield restaurateur continues to encounter legal trouble, with three new lawsuits filed against him in the past month.
Patrick Netthongkome, who goes by the name Patrick Nett and owns fast-casual Thai restaurant Thai Express, is being sued by Springfield Grocer Company, J&L Investments and debt collector LVNV Funding LLC. Previously, the owners of Schuchmann Meat Company sued Netthongkome in May for fraud, embezzlement, breach of contract and more.
On June 21, Netthongkome’s lawyer John Spurlock filed a motion to dismiss the Schuchmann Meat Company Suit, but the judge has neither denied nor rule in favor of the motion…
