Ozarks Technical Community College has been sued by a recently pregnant student who alleged toxic fumes from a campus construction project made her severely ill and caused her to go into labor 16 weeks before the baby was due.
The Webster County student, who was not named in the civil lawsuit filed Oct. 23 in Greene County, was enrolled in a math class this fall on the third floor of the Information Commons building.
