GREELEY, Colo. — The Greeley Police Department has released body camera footage showing the moment an officer’s gun discharged while helping arrest a man in July. The incident happened as officers took a suspect into custody, and investigators say both the suspect and another officer were hit by debris, but were medically cleared at the scene.
The newly released video shows officers telling a man to comply with commands before the unexpected gunfire.
