A 67-year-old Oregon woman was announced dead at Providence St. Peter Hospital Friday from injuries suffered during a single-vehicle collision on Interstate 5 near Lacey, according to a press memo from the Washington State Patrol.
The incident occurred about 7:23 p.m. Oct. 24. The state patrol originally withheld the name of the woman pending the notification of next of kin by the Thurston County Medical Examiner.
