Reedley Police commander no longer working for city after DUI

REEDLEY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The Reedley Police Commander, Gary Kincaid, who was accused of driving under the influence back in July, is no longer an employee of the city, the city manager confirmed Monday.

Nicole Zieba, Reedley’s city manager, confirmed to YourCentralValley.com on Monday about Kincaid’s departure.

Mr. Kincaid is no longer an employee of the City of Reedley. As this has been an ongoing personnel matter.
