Kentucky child killer returned after arrest in Florida, Marion County sheriff says

OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) – Criminal justice leaders spoke in Marion County following the arrest of a convicted child killer from Kentucky.

State Attorney General James Uthmeier spoke at the Marion County Sheriff’s Office at 1 p.m. Prosecutor Brad McVay, Fifth Judicial Circuit State Attorney Bill Gladson, and Marion County Sheriff Billy Woods joined him.

The leaders announced Ronald Exantus, 42, was on the way back to Kentucky following his arrest in Marion County, Fla., earlier this month. They say he failed to follow his release requirements and had moved into a home across the street from a school…
