CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Police in Middlesex Township are looking for a suspect that they believe may be involved with multiple thefts in the area.
Police said they also believe this particular suspect is the wheelbarrow bandit from October 7, when a man was caught on camera taking a wheelbarrow from a residential construction area.
