Roanoke County Board of Supervisors to consider rezonings allowing for 100-unit apartment complex, short-term rental and construction yard

On Tuesday evening, the Roanoke County Board of Supervisors will consider three rezonings on second reading and hold public hearings for all three proposed rezonings.

First up is the request of Aila Boyd to obtain a special use permit to operate a short-term rental out of her home in the 3000 block of Colonial Avenue in the Cave Spring district.
