RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Fit-X, a new party-style fitness bootcamp, has arrived in Richmond, and its founder gave 8News Anchors the opportunity to try out some exercises on Friday.
In the morning on Friday, Oct. 24, Ishmael Sandiford, founder of Fit-X, along with trainers Angelina Hart and Te’Shard Hollywood, spoke with 8News Anchors Delaney Hall and Madison Moore about the bootcamp.
