GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The 43-year-old Green Bay woman who was charged with reckless homicide in the first degree in relation to her fiancé’s fentanyl overdose was found guilty.
Court records show that on October 20, Stacie Girling pleaded no contest while in custody during the hearing.

Girling had been charged with 1st-degree reckless homicide via delivery of drugs, along with narcotics possession, both of which included party to a crime modifiers; however, the latter charge was dismissed in the plea deal.
Girling is set to be sentenced at 3:30 p.m. on December 16. Due to her conviction of a Class B Felony, she faces up to 60 years in prison…
