According to multiple court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Patrick Netthongkome is currently facing four separate lawsuits (three of which have been filed since Sept. 20) for breaching contracts, unpaid royalties and other bad business practices regarding operations involving his restaurants, Thai Express and Simply Thai, his restaurant group, Nett Restaurant Group and its partners.

In the most recent lawsuit filed on Friday, Oct. 17, lawyers for Springfield Grocer Company are accusing Netthongkome and Thai Express of not paying the grocer for deliveries that were brought to the restaurant after Netthongkome and the grocer entered a contract back in April…
