Sardinia, N.Y. (WBEN) – The Erie County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of 35-year-old Kierian Phalen of Sardinia following an investigation by the Narcotics and Intelligence Unit.
At approximately 4 p.m. on Monday, deputies executed a search warrant of a residence on S. Protection Road in Sardinia. Phalen was located in the driveway of the address, where metal knuckles were recovered from his person.
