Warrant Arrest Leads To A Pursuit And A Shot Being Fired

An attempt to locate a man with outstanding warrants led to a pursuit and shots being fired in Christian County Tuesday night.

Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they were at a home on Lafayette Road to locate Timothy Osiborski, who had warrants for second-degree strangulation, fourth-degree assault, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, first-degree wanton endangerment, and failure to appear.

While at the home, he reportedly got into a vehicle and then drove through a garage door towards law enforcement, leading them to fire a shot, hitting just the car…
