Chopper tracks down armed teens linked to string of car break-ins

CLEVELAND (WJW) — Cleveland police said officers have arrested three teenagers in connection with a string of car break-ins, as well as a recent shooting.

According to a media release, at about 10 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 26, investigators learned of a felonious assault shooting in the 400 block of East 115th Street. The vehicle involved in that shooting matched the description of one believed to be connected to a recent string of car break-ins.

Responding officers, with the assistance of a Cleveland police helicopter, located the suspect vehicle fleeing the area.
