Saraland man accused of killing TikTok influencer’s son rejects plea deal

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A Saraland man charged with murdering the son of a social media influencer rejected a plea deal Tuesday – an offer his lawyer recommended he accept.

Mobile County Circuit Judge Michael Windom told Reuben Thomas Gulley that he was under no pressure to plead guilty but wanted to make sure he understood the offer and what punishment he could receive if convicted.

“That’s your right,” he said. “You have a right to do that.”
