NEW ORLEANS — New Orleans police are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating a person they believe may have information that can help in a homicide investigation.
Investigators said a fatal shooting occurred around 1:47 a.m. on Oct. 3, in the 4300 block of Louisa Drive.
