SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — Construction crews are breaking ground on the ‘Power District.’
Members of Larry H. Miller, Rocky Mountain Power, Utah State Senator Scott Sandall, and SLC Mayor Erin Mendenhall are all set to speak at a groundbreaking ceremony Monday.
