Southeast Baltimore sees surge in violence with three shootings in just over an hour

Three separate shootings in Southeast Baltimore left one person dead and two others injured, including a 15-year-old boy, on Tuesday.

Police said in a statement issued early Wednesday morning that the shootings happened between 10 p.m. and 11:15 p.m.
