The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) has ruled an Oct. 26 non-fatal shooting incident accidental.
On Oct. 26, at approximately 4:44 p.m., Central District officers were dispatched to a residence on the 900 block of St. Paul Street for a report of an animal bite.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with the dog’s owner through the door, who informed officers that the dog was being aggressive and had bitten him.
