LOWCOUNTRY, S.C. (WCIV) — Some Lowcountry families are using their Halloween displays this year to shine a spotlight on local nonprofits.
The Kreutners moved into their West Ashley home in 2003 and have been slowly adding to their Halloween collection year by year.
