Volkswagen’s Chattanooga plant released its “last, best and final contract offer” last month to workers seeking higher pay, health care, retirement, attendance and more.
The offer included a 20% wage increase, a cost of living allowance, an updated retirement contribution, bonus opportunities and new health and safety processes.
But it wasn’t enough…
