Charleston County Sheriff’s Office issues ‘spike alert’ after 9 overdoses were recorded in 1 day

CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office said it has seen a spike in drug overdose incidents across the community.

The agency issued an “overdose spike alert” after nine overdoses, including one deadly case, were recorded on Oct. 27.
